Il Consiglio Generale composto da Giovanni DA PINO (Capitano), Luchesio GENZANO (Priore), Matteo MASSA, Giovanni DE GIUDICI, Pietro DALMATO, Nicolò SPERONE, Giobatta APROSIO, Pietro PASSAMONTE e Francesco ARZAIGO (Consiglieri), preso atto della volontà della Repubblica di Genova di cedere la sovranità della città al Banco di San Giorgio, ottenuto il consenso della cittadinanza, il 6 novembre 1513, approvava questa linea di condotta e provvedeva contemporaneamente a nominare una Ambasceria, presieduta da Pietro SPERONE, che si recasse a Genova per definire e sottoscrivere l’atto di sottomissione al Banco di San Giorgio. Il 19 marzo 1514 il Consiglio Generale, su sollecitazione del Commissario straordinario Matteo PORTA, procedeva a convocare sul sagrato della Cattedrale tutti i cittadini del Distretto per prestare il giuramento di fedeltà al Banco di San Giorgio. L’atto veniva rogato dai due notai ventimigliesi , Giovanni BALAUCO e Ottaviano ROSSI.

LA COMMUNAUTÈ DE VINTIMILLE

Giovanni DA PINO (Capitaine), Luchesio GENZANO (Prieur), Matteo MASSA, Pietro DALMATO, Nicolò SPERONE, Giobatta APROSIO, Pietro PASSAMONTE et Francesco ARZAIGO (Conseillers), tous membres du Conseil Général, ayant appris que la République de Gênes voulait céder la souveraineté de la ville au Banco di San Giorgio et obtenu le consentement de la population, le 6 novembre 1513, donnaient leur approbation et nommaient une Ambassade, qui, accompagnée par le président Pietro SPERONE, devait aller à Gênes pour définir et signer l’acte de soumission au Banco di San Giorgio. Le 19 mars 1514, le Conseil Général, activé par le Commissaire Extraordinaire Matteo PORTA, réunissait sur le parvis de l’Eglise Cathédrale tous les citoyens du District pour preter serment de fidélité au Banco di San Giorgio. L’acte était notarié par les deux notaires de Vintimille, Giovanni BALAUCO et Ottaviano ROSSI.

DIE INTEMELISCHE GEMEINDE

Nachdem der Gemeinderat bestehend aus: Giovanni DA PINO (Kapitän), Luchesio GENZANO (Prior), Matteo MASSA, Giovanni DE GIUDICI, Pietro DALMATO, Nicolò SPERONE, Giobatta APROSIO, Pietro PASSAMONTE und Francesco ARZAIGO (Berater), die Absicht der Republik Genua zur Kenntnis genommen hatte, die Herrschaft der Stadt an die Banco di San Giorgio uebertragen zu wollen, mit der Zustimmung der Bürger, bestätigte, am 6 November 1513, diese Richtlinie und sorgte gleichzeitig dafür, eine Botschaft auszuwählen, welche, geleitet von Pietro SPERONE, sich nach Genua begeben sollte, um der Ergebungsakt an die Banco di San Giorgio festzulegen und zu unterzeichnen. Der Gemeinderat, auf Mahnung des Sonderkommisar Matteo PORTA, rief am 19 marz 1514, auf dem Kathedralplatz, alle Bürger des Bezirks ein, um den Ergebungseid zur Banco di San Giorgio zu leisten. Der akt wurde von zwei Ventimigliesischen Notaren Giovanni BALAUCO und Ottaviano ROSSI geleistet.

THE INTEMELIA COMMUNITY

The General Council, composed by Giovanni DA PINO (Captain), Luchesio GENZANO (Prior), Matteo MASSA, Giovanni DE GIUDICI, Pietro DALMATO, Nicolò SPERONE, Giobatta APROSIO, Pietro PASSAMONTE and Francesco ARZAIGO (Councillors), took note of the will of the Republic of Genoa to cede the sovereignty of the town to the Banco di San Giorgio, having obtained the consent of the population the 6th november 1513, approved this line of conduct and at the same time nominated an Embassy, presided over by Pietro SPERONE, who returned to Genoa to define and underwrite the deed of submission to the Banco di San Giorgio. On the 19th march 1514, the General Council, after pressure from the Extraordinary Commissary, Matteo PORTA, proceeded to convene all the citizens of the District to the Cathedral square to swear on oath of allegiance to the Banco di San Giorgio. The deed was drawn up by two notaries of Ventimiglia, Giovanni BALAUCO and Ottaviano ROSSI.
